Revathi Nair appointed woman president for IHRC, Navi Mumbai

The Navi Mumbai International Human Rights Council has appointed Mrs. Revathi Nair as woman president for Navi Mumbai on 26th January, 2016. Mrs. Revathi Nair, who is also headmistress of St. Stephen’s School, Jasai, Uran will be specially working for needy women.

Despite her busy schedule, Mrs. Nair has been working for the underprivileged sections of the society.

Speaking about her appointment, Mrs Nair said, “It is indeed a great honour to have been appointed by the IHRC for this post. It would be my constant endeavor to work for the betterment of the society and to help the needy women.”

IHRC is one of the country’s leading independent organizations dedicated to defending and protecting Human Rights.
